We strongly encourage all independent cleaners to carry their own Public Liability Insurance. We verify insurance certificates for our "Gold Badge" professionals.
Escrow Protection
Your payment is never released to the cleaner until you have confirmed you are happy with the work, providing a financial safety net for every job.
Vetting & Verification
Every cleaner on CleanR undergoes a multi-step verification process:
- Identity Verification: Photo ID checks for all registered cleaners.
- DBS Monitoring: Professionals can upload and display their background check status.
- Community Ratings: Real-time reviews from other users ensure accountability.
