No, this is an estimate tool. CleanR is a marketplace: when you post a job, independent vetted cleaners will bid their own rates. You select the best price and profile.
Is cleaning equipment provided?
For deep cleaning and end of tenancy, providers usually bring their own heavy-duty solutions. For routine cleans, you can specify if you supply items or if they should bring their own.
How do payments work?
Your payment is secure. We hold your funds in a regulated Stripe escrow account. Money is only released to the cleaner once you approve that the work meets your expectations.
What if the clean takes longer?
Our duration estimates are guides. Cleaners specify fixed prices for the complete job, meaning you won't be charged extra if it takes slightly longer than estimated.
